Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are in our home page or google. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at itssofluffybakery@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at itssofluffybakery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

HOW TO RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND, CANCEL, OR MODIFY A PRODUCT?

All items are personalized and made to order. This means our products are designed, produced & printed on demand just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Central Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Processing, Production & Shipping time: within 3 – 16 business days. This includes designing, printing, packaging, quality control, shipping…

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will issue exchanges within 10 days of you receiving the product in the following cases:

- The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).

- The product has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).

- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).

* Returned products to be shipped at customer's expense UNLESS items arrived damaged or incorrect print, color, or size.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel/modify the order you can do it within 1 hour of placing the order

Orders may be canceled or modified if they have NOT entered into the printing process. Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of It’s So Fluffy.
