Cookie Ordering, Pickup & Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Options: Cookies are available for Local Pickup (Lombard or Aurora, IL) or Shipping. Please ensure you select your intended method at checkout.

Processing & Baking Time: Cookies are baked fresh to order and typically processed within 2–4 business days prior to pickup or shipment.

Shipping & Transit Disclaimer:

Orders are shipped via postal carriers with tracking provided upon dispatch.

We pack all cookies with extra care to ensure safe arrival; however, It's So Fluffy Pet Bakery is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, transit heat damage, or minor cookie cracking/breakage during shipping.

Local Pickup Rules: Once marked "Ready for Pickup," orders will be held for up to 3 days. Uncollected orders after 3 days will be discarded without a refund to maintain freshness and safety standards.

Returns & Refunds: Because cookies are perishable food items, all sales are final once baked or shipped. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for perishable goods.
