Refund policy
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at itssofluffybakery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at itssofluffybakery@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, you can send it to: It's So Fluffy LLC, 203 YORKTOWN SHOPPING CTR, STE 205, Lombard, Illinois 60148, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

HOW TO RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND, CANCEL, OR MODIFY A PRODUCT?
All items are personalized and made to order. This means our products are designed, produced & printed on demand just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Central Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Processing, Production & Shipping time: within 3 – 16 business days. This includes designing, printing, packaging, quality control, shipping…
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will issue exchanges within 10 days of you receiving the product in the following cases:
- The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
- The product has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
* Returned products to be shipped at customer's expense UNLESS items arrived damaged or incorrect print, color, or size.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel/modify the order you can do it within 1 hour of placing the order
Orders may be canceled or modified if they have NOT entered into the printing process. Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of It’s So Fluffy.
